experience. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

Staff Trainer
Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30 with flexibility
Job Description: Responsible for agency pre-service, update, and enrichment training
including curriculum development, identification of training needs, scheduling, ongoing
updating of curriculum and teaching.
Minimum Qualifications: BA degree or consideration for previous training/teaching
experience may be given. Previous work experience with individuals with disabilities is
preferred.

served in apartments in the community. Functions as a member of a team of staff.

Dietary / Speech Manager
Part-time, 30 hours/week, Monday through Friday
Job Description: Develops menus for individuals with disabilities living in community
living homes. Implements and manages the speech therapy for individuals as prescribed
by the speech therapist. Instructs direct care staff and individual program coordinators
on ordered therapy techniques and prescribed diets, while monitoring the progress of the
individuals. Develops and provides training to agency staff on cooking, diets, food safety,
etc. Modifies techniques and re-trains staff, as necessary, to ensure therapy and dietary
recommendations are followed on a day-to-day basis.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires one year of relevant work experience or a completed
training program/additional course work in dietetics, food and nutrition, dietary science,
speech therapy or equivalent. One year relevant work experience

Custodian- Manchester
Job Description: 10-16 hours a week, or as needed
Generally weekdays, four days a week, negotiable days. Very infrequently weekend
hours may be required. Schedule is generally two afternoons a week and two days in the
morning. Cleaning and some light maintenance activities. Pay starts at $8.29/hour. Must
have valid drivers license and have clean driving record. Lawn care and snow removal.
Minimum Qualifications: Six months relevant work experience required.
