| This service is offered at the Vocational Services Center at 2455 Kerper Boulevard in Dubuque and at the Delaware County Vocational Services Center at 609 Jasper Street in Manchester. Subcontract work is brought into these buildings from local industries, where workers with disabilities perform job tasks under close staff supervision. Staff to individual served ratios vary from 1:2 to 1:6. Behavioral, social, and skill training are a significant part of the services offered in this setting. |
