| Residential Community Living Homes |
| These include fifteen community living homes located throughout various neighborhoods in Dubuque, Dyersville, and Manchester, IA. Staff in these five to eight resident homes provide training and assistance in food prep, laundry, personal care, shopping, budgeting, and other skills that lead to more independent living. Ten community living homes in Dubuque are licensed RCF/MR (Residential Care Facility for Persons with Mental Retardation) and two homes are HCBS (Home and Community Based Waiver. The two homes in Dyersville are both classified as HCBS (Home and Community Based Waiver) as is the community living home in Manchester. |
