The crews are staffed by persons with disabilities and work under the close supervision of a crew foreman supplied by Area Residential Care. These crews complete work including cleaning, assembly, packaging, salvage, clerical, laundry, and service technician work. Area Residential Care handles training and all payroll, liability, and workers' compensation issues. A work crew at your business not only provides high quality work for your business but also gives people with disabilities an opportunity to work in area business environments with more independence. |
