Job Description: Manage, direct, and supervise the personnel assigned to agency support services.  Serve as a member of the administrative team that is involved in the overall development and administration of agency policies and procedures. Must have knowledge of health-related aspects of care and training of persons with disabilities.   Must also have highly developed organizational, problem solving, and professional communication skills.  Must be able to develop a cohesive, team-oriented environment among the staff directly supervised and extend that philosophy to other departments within the agency.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field AND 2 years experience working with people with disabilities AND two years supervisory experience (experience may be concurrent).
