| These employment opportunities for people with disabilities are offered at many businesses and industries in Dubuque, Dyersville, Manchester, and surrounding communities. Workers with disabilities, in groups of 4 to 18, report to the community business and perform work at that site, alongside other employees of the business. One or two staff members of Area Residential Care supervise each enclave during the entire shift. These staff act as a liaison with the business owner and the workers with disabilities. |
